铁路超级风力发电场

      众所周知,我国铁路总里程以突破10万公里,然而还是巨亏。究其原因,不言而喻,入不敷出。投资过快,消耗大,收入低,且乘坐拥挤,美国3亿多人口,铁路总里程却是我们的2倍多,我们的人口是美国的5倍左右,这样的比例实在太不协调,如果总里程能迅速达到25万公里,我国的出行将是非常舒适的。

        铁路事业发展缓慢,最大的原因就是资金困局,投入产出比不协调,国家整体经济还在发展中,所以造成如此格局。我国铁路沿线有大量的闲置土地,未得到利用,如果能将这部分土地利用好,使其转化为有高性价比经济来源的土地,就会加快投资周期,加快完成总里程25万公里的速度。

        《企祉蓝》风力发电机组,如果实现在铁路沿线全面安装,可以说是一个超级风力发电场。按照1公里2万千瓦/时×15小时×300天×11万公里=9·9万亿度电。即使仅在目前的铁路沿线全部安装,也是近10万亿度电的年供应量,是我国现有年用电总量的近2倍,如此大的产出比,可以迅速投资铁路建设,建设同时增加发电机组。达到25万公里总量,我们的超级风力发电场就可以有20万亿度以上的年发电量。期间我国就可以实现关停所有热电厂,我们的生存环境将是无比的优化。达到最终发电量时可以大量出口电力资源给周边国家,换取外汇。

       如此,我可断言,铁路将永远没有亏损一说,我国公民在国内出行乘坐铁路电力机车将是非常廉价的。
